Our Houses
Five houses today. More on the way.
Phoenix Rising runs on a single campus in Millcreek, Utah — five houses and our treatment program, each with its own address, sitting together on roughly half an acre. Clinical programming is held upstairs, on the second floor of our treatment building. Every house runs the same structure — curfews, chores, drug testing, house meetings — so a resident knows exactly what to expect no matter which one they land in.
Our campus is licensed by the State of Utah for a total approved capacity of 35 across all five houses — see Compliance & Accreditation for the license itself.

Daily Life
What a day in the house looks like
- ◆ Gym time at EOS Fitness at 8 AM — the van leaves at 8:10. Anyone who skips the gym is up and productive at the same time.
- ◆ Productive time from 9 AM to 5 PM: work, class, or program, plus keeping your room and the house clean.
- ◆ Dinner works differently in each house — some houses cook together, some don't.
- ◆ A mandatory house meeting every Monday evening, for every house and everyone in the program.
- ◆ Curfew and random drug testing.
House Structure & Rules
The rules, plainly
- ◆ Curfew: 10:00 PM Sunday–Thursday, midnight Friday and Saturday.
- ◆ Random drug testing in the houses. In our treatment program, testing is on Mondays and Thursdays, using a color-indicator system with lab confirmation.
- ◆ No visitors in the house.
- ◆ Be productive: treatment Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM, a job, or both.
- ◆ Any night away from the house requires approval from house staff in advance.
- ◆ Residents may have their phone during sober living and treatment hours — phone use just isn't allowed during group sessions.
