How Insurance Verification Actually Works

Insurance Guide
"What's this going to cost me" is usually the second question people ask, right after "is there a bed available." It's a fair question, and it deserves a straight answer instead of a form that disappears into a queue. Here's exactly how we handle it.
Why There's No Online Insurance Form
You won't find a form on this site asking for your insurance details. That's on purpose. Insurance and health information is sensitive, and we'd rather you hand it to a real person on the phone than type it into a web form and hope it lands somewhere safe. We never ask for insurance details through an online form — call us instead.
What Happens on the Call
Have your insurance card handy and call us. We'll check your benefits and give you a plain-English breakdown of what's covered, usually within about 15 minutes. No hold music, no callback three days later — just an answer, the same call.
What We Currently Accept
For our clinical programs — Day Treatment (PHP), IOP, and Family & Marriage Counseling — we currently accept Medicaid, including Targeted Adult Medicaid (TAM) and Adult Expansion (fee-for-service). That's the only insurance we bill directly today. If you have different coverage, call us anyway — we'll check whether your specific insurance covers treatment before you commit to anything.
What About Sober Living?
Sober living runs separately from insurance. It's a flat $800 a month, handled directly rather than billed to a provider.
How Fast Can You Start?
You can start right away, pending insurance verification. That's the whole point of doing it on a phone call instead of a web form — you get a real answer fast enough that it doesn't hold up your decision.
